Recently,CMAL held the knowledge contest themed as “implementing legal governance of enterprises and establishing harmonious labor relation”, with a total of over 80 representatives taking part in the contest.

With a focus on Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and others, this contest witnessed 19 outstanding participants by assessment of their basic knowledge and applied ability, who have been awarded 1st prize, 2ndprize and 3rdprize respectively.

Due to participants’ active and enthusiastic response, this contest has achieved good results, fully demonstrating effect of study and application of labor law and regulation. All expressed the thought that they will solve conflict and dispute by law and legally, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of themselves and the companyin the future work, contributing to establishing a harmonious CMAL and seeking company’s sustainable and sound development.
